Payment must be received at the Foundation to confirm your reservation. Please do not ask hosts to hold spaces or process your reservations. You may mail, telephone, or go on-line to make your reservations:

Hosts and sponsors support all costs of the events themselves.
100% of your contribution amount directly supports the Foundation and its programs. Contributions are tax deductible to the amount allowed by law, limited to the difference between the fair market value of goods/services received and the amount paid. Consult your tax advisor. Please keep your receipt for tax purposes.
Your confirmed reservations will be verified by online receipt or an email from the Foundation. If your first choice(s) are full, you may select alternative(s) from remaining available events or be placed on a waiting list.
Once reservations are confirmed, no refunds for cancellations are possible.
All reservations will be accepted as long as space is available.
