SOUND IMMERSION WITH ANAGHANSound Immersion is a deeply relaxing, non-invasive, therapeutic approach to health and wellness utilizing a variety of sound healing techniques, such as crystal singing bowls, the earth gong, and Native American flutes. As you hear and feel the powerful, pure tones of the various instruments, pain and stress can be reduced or eliminated, blood pressured lowered and concentration improved. The mind becomes still and your physical, mental, and emotional being are restored to a natural state of wholeness, creating a greater sense of well-being and inner contentment. Our sound immersion practitioner, Anaghan, is a native of Brazil who has been guiding people through deep relaxing journeys for over a decade. Our location is the soothing, calming environment of a well-established yoga studio in downtown Pleasanton. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or blanket to lie down on, perhaps a blanket for warmth, and a bottle of water to refresh after your sound journey.
