Apply For Funds
The Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation provides up to $1,000 for complementary therapies while a patient is under a chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment plan for cancer.
Funds are paid directly to service providers, for the following five therapies: acupuncture, acupressure, therapeutic massage, guided/visual imagery, and deep breathing meditation.
The qualifications are as follows:
- The cancer patient must be a resident in one of these California Tri-Valley cities: Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon or Danville.
- The patient must be under physician’s care.
- The patient must be undergoing chemotherapy and/or radiation treatment.
- The application form (posted below) must be completed, signed and sent back to the Foundation.
- The applicant’s insurance does not provide coverage for the five therapies listed above.
