J. Morris emailed me today and I found her statement, "Always look at WHY you got cancer in the first place and make changes." very amazing. As I was just contemplating "changes" to make in my life this very morning!
I find that the old habits BEFORE cancer want to take hold and resurface in my life. Perhaps, it is because old habits were with me for many, many years...and the new habits that I formed during the cancer period were with me for only several months.
How about you? Have you considered this perspective - of WHY you got cancer in the first place? Did you make changes as a result? Did the changes stick?
